IEE Job Opportunity
The Institute for Electric Efficiency (IEE) is looking for a Manager of Electric Efficiency. The Manager must be familiar with the electric utility industry, specifically have some knowledge of energy efficiency and demand response/dynamic pricing programs. The Manager should be proficient in Excel (including graphs and tables) and able to analyze data, critically review reports and models, manage data, gather information, and perform economic analysis. Working knowledge of economics and statistics; basic research abilities; self-starter/independent work style, and outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential. The job requires a BA, with 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience. IEE is part of the Edison Electric Institute and will provide an outstanding total compensation package with offices located near the Archives/Navy Memorial Metro stop. IEE has a permanent Advisory Committee comprising representatives from the efficiency community, federal and state government agencies, and other informed stakeholders. IEE also has a Strategy Committee comprising senior electric industry executives that identify strategies and projects for IEE.
