IEE hosted its Semi-Annual Management and Advisory Committee Meeting on Thursday, March 4,  2010, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C. (in conjunction with EEI’s Board and Chief-Executive Meetings).

The agenda included comments by Roland Risser of the Department of Energy about new energy efficiency initiatives by the Federal government including codes & standards, as well as a discussion of controversies raised by smart meter rollouts in California and new directions for energy efficiency.
